WINTER FIELD DAY CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

With an abundance of concern for the safety of our club members AND the safety
of the park personnel involved, the SARC officers have unanimously decided to
cancel our Winter Field Day event scheduled for Saturday Jan. 24th at the
Hickory Ridge Conference Center. All of the forecasts we have seen have
indicated that conditions in our area are forecasted to be worse and worse.
We do not wish to put anyone at risk for this event. Please let anyone you
think might be planning to come who might not see this message know of our
decision. Thank you!
